Emilia DiamontSenior Strategist
Emilia Diamant, LCSW, is an educator, facilitator, organizer and justice-seeker. Born and raised in Boston, Emilia has taught young people about identity, culture and art across the world. She currently works in multiple Jewish communities around Boston on how race and racism impact the work of liberation. In her most recent role, Emilia led a human services non-profit through its earliest stages of development as the Executive Director. She has a passion for storytelling, fundraising, and connection.
Emilia has over 15 years of experience in non-profit, education, and small business settings. She currently works with Temple Israel of Boston, Boston Worker’s Circle, TRILLFIT, and the Massachusetts Coalition to End Gun Violence. Emilia and her partner Nathan live in Jamaica Plain with their two dogs. She loves Beyonce, the Red Sox, and collaging.
