May Young

Email Production Specialist

May leverages her graphic design experience to develop email campaigns that are both beautiful and impactful. She enjoys advising her clients on email marketing best practices, from template design and content strategy to information architecture, A/B testing and deployment.

Over her career, May has worked with a range of clients including IEEE, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Pantone and Xandr. Ever mission-minded, she is especially proud to support several nonprofit organizations. One of her greatest achievements was with the Child Mind Institute, where she established a bilingual (English/Spanish) campaign to share COVID-19 mental health awareness tips with parents whose children have conditions such as ADHD, depression, OCD and autism.

May graduated from the School of Visual Arts with a degree in Graphic Design. She also holds professional certifications from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Originally from Hong Kong, she spent her formative years in the New York City Metro area and currently resides in Jersey City.

When she is not working, May likes listening to music, exploring cuisines and practicing photography.
