Al Rosenberg brings their big-picture thinking and love for efficient systems to help clients fulfill their missions without burning out. Al’s work is rooted in human-first ideology, plus a decade of experience in market research, long-form communications, and project management.
Prior to joining the Greater Good Strategy roster, Al was the Chief Strategy Officer for OneTable, a nonprofit tackling loneliness and disconnection through peer-led cultural interventions. They’ve also had the privilege of working with colleges, law firms, publishing houses, and theater companies. The unifying factor of these roles is at the heart of Al’s career: an insatiable curiosity about creativity and a desire to bring out the best in people.
When they’re not with a client or writing for joy, Al spends their time coaching early-to-mid career managers, advocating for Disability justice, and re-naturalizing yards. They live in Skokie, IL, with their wonderful partner and their terribly behaved cats.
