Carly helps mission-driven teams turn overflowing project lists into clear plans, realistic timelines, and work that actually ships. A systems thinker and natural connector, she brings experience at the intersection of people, strategy, and operations to every project, along with a photographer’s eye for detail.
Before joining GGS, Carly led a fast-paced rebrand at B2B SaaS company LineSlip, where she built the marketing engine around it and managed a $1.2M+ budget and a roster of external partners. She co-founded Catalyst Wedding Co., a feminist media brand that grew into a national editorial platform and an international conference community, and ran her own values-led photography studio for a decade. Earlier in her career, she spent several years assisting Gloria Steinem with book research, event logistics, and travel. She also directed Feminist Camp in New York City and did communications work for Planned Parenthood. She continues to consult with small, women-owned businesses on marketing strategy, positioning, and operations.
Carly holds a BA in Women & Gender Studies with a minor in architectural history from the University of Virginia. She lives in Richmond, Virginia, with her partner and child, where she is happiest hosting waffle parties, knitting, and riding her bike to the farmer's market or ice cream shop!
