As a consultant, she’s partnered with foundations, nonprofits, school districts, and government agencies to design systems-level solutions that create authentic engagement, increase transparency, and build lasting trust between organizations and the communities they serve. Natalie's career is rooted in over a decade of experience at DC Public Schools, where she led the design and implementation of the district's family and community engagement strategy.

As a consultant, she brings that operational expertise to clients navigating complex challenges, helping them move beyond surface-level outreach to build structures in which community input meaningfully shapes outcomes.
