Rebecca Goodstein supports employee activism and philanthropic giving programs that help build meaningful relationships with grassroots organizations. She also enjoys volunteering at the polls and helping maintain local trails and green spaces, and has spent her career working alongside environmental and community groups. For over a decade, she fundraised for global conservation projects at The Nature Conservancy, work that took her around the world, and later wrote grants for the Student Conservation Association, connecting young people with opportunities in national parks.
In her free time, you can find her feeding her sourdough starter, birdwatching in Rock Creek Park, hanging out with her nieces, or planning her next great international adventure. Rebecca lives outside Washington, DC with her husband and their two perfect cats, Ruth and Sonia.
